Dust Cab 800

Dust Cab Filtration Systems are designed to provide efficient, cost effective control of dry dusts, fumes and smoke generated from sanding, grinding, welding, and other processes. Typically used for light to moderate concentrations of dry contaminates, the Dust Cab collectors are provided with manual bag shaker cleaning to minimize maintenance and reduce replacement filter costs. The Dust Cab unit is a smaller sized collector and a low cost alternative to the self cleaning cartridge dust collector.

The Dust Cab 800 can be configured a couple of different ways, as a floor mounted unit or a portable unit utilizing a caster mount.

The Dust Cab 800 unit is a self-contained, ready to be powered, compact source capture dust collector. The overall size of the collector is designed to fit under a standard work bench.

Features:

• Direct drive forward curved blower with a 1HP TEFC motor delivering 800 CFM at 3 inches external static pressure
• 115/220 volt single phase
• Low noise level at 66 dba
• Manual foot shaker to manually clean the filter bags
• Pull out dust drawer with a holding capacity of 0.9 cubic feet
• Standard 4 inch inlet collar which is mounted on the rear of the unit
• Bubble gasket seal on blower and filter access doors
• 22 envelope pocket, flame retardant cotton sateen filters
• Total filter area is 55 square feet with toolless filter replacement
• Built-in sound attenuator
• 16 ga metal construction with a heavy duty texture powder coat finish

The Dust Cab unit is a low cost alternative to the self cleaning cartridge dust collector.

The Dust Cab 1500 can be configured a few different ways, as a floor mounted unit, with a hopper and stand, or a portable unit utilizing a caster mount. An arm can easily be attached to the back of the unit.

The Dust Cab 1500 unit is a self-contained, ready to be powered, source capture dust collector.
